INTERSUR has acquired for its new headquarters in Castilla y León, the facilities in Tordesillas (Valladolid) of the defunct Agroinnova S.L. – Grandpa’s Potatoes.
The facilities have 3,500 m2 of warehouses and offices with cold rooms, a laboratory, docks… for storage potatoes and handling them, on an industrial plot of 5,000 m2 in Polígono Industrial La Vega de Tordesillas. This important investment will allow the company to develop an important cultivation plan for Castilla y León over the next few years, integrating this important producing region within the international project of GRUPO INTERSUR, whose main mission is to provide solutions for the supply of potatoes during the 12 months of the year to the main operators and packers in Europe.
